I’ve learned through raising my own son how quickly life truly does pass us by. We get caught up in the chaos of everyday tasks, homework, sports practice, etc. It’s important to take an hour out of your life to capture the memories of your family. Just as it is. Perfectly imperfect. Family photos are invaluable. They will mean everything to your younger kids who won’t even remember taking them. You will laugh about what you were wearing and how your son wouldn’t touch his sister. They will one day have these memories to show their own kids. As a kid I was fascinated by the boxes of our family photos. I even spent hours organizing them neatly into those big albums with the sticky pages.

I love the stories they tell.

Q&A

 

  • With 15+ years of experience under my belt, I know how to pose and guide clients to make them feel relaxed while looking their very best. I want your photos to reflect your family and be intimate and fun. Patience is important when photographing kids and families. I will guide you through the entire session so don’t be nervous!

  • Yes! I will email you a link to your final gallery where you can download all images and also order them directly from the gallery!

  • A minimum of 45 images with a black and white version of each. Trust me you will have each image worth having! I will have your images to you within 2 weeks after your session. I am able to rush your images for a $50 fee.

  • I respect your privacy and allow each client to decide whether or not they want their photos displayed publicly. I’d love to show off you and your images, if you’re game!

  • Minor edits will be made to all of your images, but I believe our imperfections are what make us beautiful and unique. I will edit the skin on any up close images. If there are specific edits you want, these will be charged accordingly, depending on the type of corrections. My goal is always to get the image right in camera so that there is no need for extensive editing. I understand kids get bumps and bruises so don’t worry about that I can edit that!

  • Yes! When you book I will email you a what to wear guide and tips to prepare for your session!

  • I highly recommend ordering prints through one of my professional vendors, but it is not required. The difference in quality is huge when it comes to ordering through a professional lab, so I encourage clients to let me help with prints! You can do this easily through the online gallery you will be given.

  • I will offer some options to you for locations depending on what I think will look best and what kind of setting you prefer!

  • No worries! We can reschedule for a different day!

  • Yes! It’s located in Clifton and is huge! I can do large groups there, no problem!

  • Email me or call me to schedule a session. It’s never too early to book! I will send you a questionnaire form to fill out and a $50 deposit is required.
